All shipping is done by USPS First Class Mail.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been mailed.

We will replace any Lesson CD if it is defective. To receive a replacement you must first contact us by phone or E-Mail and a new one will be sent at no charge upon receipt of the defective goods.
